The healthy recipes are made with a paradise type mentality. As we drink or eat them, often we can imagine serving
them to relaxing vacationers, dipping their feet in a pool in a tropical place. I can just hear the waiter, "Would you like some cantaloupe juice, or a blueberry smoothie?" Or maybe, "Today's special is the Strawberry Cheesecake Dessert, with the lemon orange creamy filling."
Children might be delighted to have watermelon,
almond milk, and, "Cookie Dough Cookies" for supper. Guests might be reaching for handfuls of carrots and celery as they rave about Gary's Masala dip.
